We will indulge our senses and nourish our bodies with beautiful Ceremonial cacao sitting around the #fire we share this sacred and ancient medicine.
Cacao is medicine of the heart and people, bringing us into deeper connection with ourselves and Mother Earth, bringing you into a blissful state of being.

Tuesday will be opening the workshop with Embodied Flow, an integrative blend of Vinyasa yoga, somatic practice and movement meditations that elicits the experience of stepping into flow as meditation in action.
